My passion has been holistic and alternative ways to health and healing for over 35 years.   In 1996 I took my first Healing Touch class and was hooked on the idea that we have many alternative ways to heal ourselves. Eastern medicine looks at health using a preventative mindset, not waiting until we are ill to get treatment.

I became a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) in 2011 through the Healing Touch Program.   They offer a certification program in the study of Energy Medicine.   It took 2 years to complete this rigorous course of study and complete the requirements.   It has been the foundation of my energy practice.

I  went on to study Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, and am an Advanced Reiki Practitioner.  All of these modalities are incorporated into my work.

In my passion to learn and understand the western piece of medicine, I received my Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 2004 and worked at Poudre Valley Hospital and Home Health Care for several years. 

My passion for alternative healing methods and holistic medicine took over though and I have created my own practice offering Energy Medicine for the past 12 years–Harmonizing Touch.

I love assisting people who are motivated to heal physically, emotionally and discover a renewed joy of living.
